Prices
All prices are final and stated in euros. Travel costs within 25 km of Čakovec are included in the price. For locations further away, travel costs are charged additionally; you receive the exact amount in advance, in the offer before your date is booked.
No VAT is charged – the business is not in the VAT system (Art. 90(1) of the Croatian VAT Act).

Written consumer complaints
Under Article 10 of the Croatian Consumer Protection Act, you can submit a written complaint by post or in person at Ulica Ivana pl. Zajca 59, 40000 Čakovec, or by e-mail to igor@mediacutstudio.com. We confirm receipt without delay and reply within 15 days of receiving the complaint.
