Controller

What data we process

When you send an inquiry and request an offer: your names, e-mail address, wedding date and place, the chosen package and add-ons, and your message if you write one. Please do not include sensitive data (e.g. about health) in the message.

To protect the form from abuse, the IP address is used briefly to limit the number of inquiries and is not stored permanently. Like any web server, the hosting provider may briefly log technical access data.

Purpose and legal basis

We use the form data to answer your inquiry, prepare and e-mail you an offer for information, and arrange a date. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

The brief processing of the IP address to prevent abuse is based on legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)).

Is providing data required

The fields marked with an asterisk are needed to answer the inquiry and send the offer; without them we cannot process it. The other fields are optional.

Recipients

The inquiry and the offer are sent by e-mail via Resend, Inc. (USA), and the site is served by Vercel Inc. (SAD). These providers act as processors, only on our instructions and to provide their service. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.

Transfers outside the EU

Where a processor is based in the USA, the transfer relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (a European Commission adequacy decision, Article 45 GDPR) and, as a fallback, standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep data

If no contract follows, inquiry data is kept for at most 24 months after the last contact and then deleted. If a contract is concluded, data is kept for the duration of the contract and as long as the law requires (e.g. accounting rules).

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Send requests to igor@mediacutstudio.com; we reply within one month.

If you believe your data is processed unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Ulica Metela Ožegovića 16, 10000 Zagreb, azop.hr.

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.

Cookies and third-party content

This site itself sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, and uses no analytics or advertising tools. Fonts and images, including the film thumbnails, are served from this site.

The films in the “Films” section are published on YouTube (Google Ireland Limited, Ireland). A film is loaded only when you start it with a click; your browser then connects to YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), and Google may process your IP address and technical data and set cookies or similar technologies under its own privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy). By starting a film you agree to this. If you start no film, no data is exchanged with YouTube.
